The Consortium is located in Porto Cervo and it is a non-profit-making organization, created on the 14th of March 1962 by the owners of a well defined territory of the extreme north – eastern part of Sardinia. The purpose was to program a balanced city planning and residential development providing it with quality works for an increasing value of the territory.

The responsibility to lead the development of the territory joins the one that wants to protect and increase the value of the real estate. On one hand the aim is to monitor the environment with its landscapes and the building industry, on the other hand the aim is to guarantee a high quality level in the environmental and security services.
